Shipping Terms

All orders will be shipped out USPS. Most shipments are shipped same day or next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST are considered to be next day.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer expidited, an additional cost will be applied.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Damage Claims & Lost Shipments

You must notify us by telephone of damages or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.
